We manufacture pure nickel wire, strip, foil, bar, pipe and plate.
Pure Nickle wires
Diameter (0.025MM-8MM)
The property of nickel machinery is close to the carbon steel. The properties of alkali corrosion resistance is next only to the
silver among all the metal materials. Nickel wire will form a black surface protection film in strong alkali , making it corrosion-resistant.
Properties:
1、solderability,high conductivity, suitable linear expansion coefficient
2、higher strength, lower resistivity in high temperature.
3、High melting point, corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties, have godod processability in both hot and cold state
According to materials , pure nickle wire is classified into N4 and N6.
N4:
N4 nickel wire with good mechanical strength, heat resistance and high corrosion resistance, is suitable for the manufacture
of vacuum devices, electronic components, chemical production and strainers uesd for production of concentrated alkali in the
chemical industy.
N6:
N6 nickel wire has resistance to alkali, neutral and weak acid, and have a stable performance in the air, freshwater and seawater.
N6 pure nickel wire have good corrosion resistance, excellent heat concentrated alkaline solution corrosion . Mainly used for the
production of alkali resistant equipment.
Pure nickel wire is suitable for radio, electric light source, machinery manufacturing, chemical industry, is one of the important
structural material for vacuum electronic device, can also be used as a guide wire in the bulb.
